How long does it take for my order to be processed?
As soon as we receive payment, we will ship your order immediately. Our shipping days are Monday to Thursday. If we receive your order by 11am, it will be shipped the same day.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We ship your orders from Monday to Thursday.
• Orders received before 12pm will be shipped the same day with DHL.
• Orders received over the weekend will be shipped directly on Monday.
The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-3 working days, depending on processing by DHL. For international shipments, the delivery time can be up to 7 days depending on the destination country.
My order is incomplete - what can I do?
• If the item was listed and charged on your invoice but has not been delivered, please contact us by phone or email for clarification.
• If the quantity delivered does not match the quantity on the invoice, please call us so that we can investigate the case.
Where can I see the invoices for my orders?
You can easily download your invoice via your customer account under 'My Orders'. Alternatively, the invoice is also available in the confirmation email for your order. Simply follow the link provided there to retrieve the invoice.
