Shipping and payment conditions (extract from our terms and conditions)

 

Shipping conditions

We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 for deliveries within Germany. Shipping costs are waived for orders of goods worth €50 or more net. For cash on delivery, we always charge a flat fee of €9.90, regardless of the order value, plus €2.00 net delivery fees for DHL (or another shipping service provider of our choice). Cash on delivery is only possible within Germany. For deliveries abroad, we differentiate between shipping tariff zones:

A: Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, France, Italy, Greece, Slovakia – up to 31.5 kg parcel weight, shipping costs are 18.00 € net

B: Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Norway, Switzerland – up to 31.5 kg parcel weight, shipping costs are €21.00 net

C: Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary – up to 31.5 kg package weight, shipping costs are €24.00 net

D: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus, Slovenia, Russia, Croatia – up to 31.5 kg parcel weight, shipping costs are €44.00 net

E: other countries, worldwide – up to 31.5 kg parcel weight, shipping costs are € 60.00 net

If the package weight exceeds 31.5 kg, the delivery conditions will be agreed individually. If no individual agreement is made, the shipping costs are €60.00 net.
